Hi! I'm 24, and just recently came back. 5 years after making my profile. lol How do you add people on here? I feel like an idiot. lol

5'3, 24, with a starting weight of 265.5, and a current weight of 117.5. It always seems like every pound gained, makes a big difference, but a pound of weight loss, doesn't. lol It's a pain.

And it worked. It had me laughing. lmao

Fat count is 1%? Where exactly does it say that? From what I can see (and how I was told to read nutrition boxes), it has 8% fat... and 15% of that 8% is saturated fat. 3% difference between prepared and unprepared. So while I get your point about it not possibly being able to be made with whole milk, I do know that the…

Like I said. It has more than 2 servings. But I've never seen a box with 6 servings before. Maybe it's just a regional thing? I know that the standard box used to have 4 servings, but they dropped it down to 2 sometime this past year... and charged more money. At least here, anyway. How did you get the photo to post? I've…

Go ahead. I'd like to see it, because mine says 290.

Here is what the side of my Mac N Cheese says. 2 servings. 260 unprepared. 290 (with whole milk) prepared. http://i.imgur.com/SWnCcs2.jpg

Check the servings per box.
-
Do you want me to take a picture for you guys? Because it doesn't say that on the boxes I have. Something tells me you need to look at the amount of servings in the box. It'll probably say 4. Mine only has 2.

It seems as if people like you, skip over or ignore posts that you feel don't matter. I don't only do cardio. I do a lot of weight training as well, because I know that cardio won't build muscle. That's common sense.

There are TWO servings in a box of Kraft Mac N Cheese. Each serving is 290, prepared using whole milk. I use 2%. Factored the calorie difference, and it brought the calories down to roughly 550. It has powdered cheese, but doesn't effect me much. I really don't know the different types of cheese, since I don't eat much of…

No, not threatening... just reported. I don't know how to delete the post yet (I literally just started using this site when I posted this). I was just kind of hoping the thread would disappear, and give me time to figure it out... but it hasn't. I've just been getting harassed be a ton of people, thinking I'm trolling.

Okay everyone. Here's the deal. You either shut up, and quick being a bunch of ****s to me, or you're gone. This was a legitimate question. I was NOT gaining weight while doing that much cardio. Once I upped the cardio, that's when I started to lose the weight again. Did you guys seriously skip that part? Or do you just…

1. I never said that I was doing the amount of cardio that I'm doing now, while I was gaining weight. However, I was still working out. 2. Instead of the 3.5 hours that I'm doing now, I was only doing about 1.5 - 2 hours. But my miles were extremely slow... so 2 hours = 4 miles. 30 minute miles. Just get the hell of this…

"I am a man of the people"... no, you're a jerk. Just because you don't believe someone, you decide to attack them, and accuse them of being a troll. It was a legitimate question.
-
I have said that I STOPPED gaining weight, once up upped my cardio. My question was as to why I wasn't LOSING weight. My weight was stuck at 201. I plateaued.
-
Go ahead and think whatever you want, but I'm not a liar. I enjoy cardio, which is why I did so much of it. And that IS all I was eating in calories. I've upped my calories since. I never said I was a medical anomaly, or an 'exception'. I was just curious as to why I wasn't losing weight. And I found out the problem. I…

You, my not-so friend, are an *sshole.

Trust me, I'm not like those people. And I AM eating at a deficit. Everything is recorded after I eat it. That's why I was so confused. The past few days, I've been incorporating higher calorie foods (which was suggested) into my diet, and I've gained a pound... but I figured that's probably normal because my body is…

She knows the amount of cardio I'm doing (as well as the amount of calories I eat), and she's perfectly fine with it. She says that as long as I'm feeling alright, then it's okay. I just have to pay attention to how I'm feeling. I have to make sure I'm not getting head rushes, tired spells, nausea (from over working…

Not on my end, it isn't. I've looked and looked, and I can't find it. It just went poof. No, I'm not experiencing any fears about gaining weight with the right amount of calories. It's just more along the lines of 'frustration', because I thought I was doing everything right... which I obviously wasn't. And I'll go days…

I always look for the "No Salt Added" ones, as I'm not a big fan of salt. Pepper, on the other hand? Depending on the food, I usually have food with my pepper. We're planting a garden this year to try to get away from the canned stuff, and to get as far away from the GMO garbage as possible. I almost wonder if that isn't…

f I'm realizing that, now. And to answer the other question you asked, which seems to have disappeared... I gained the weight from a combination of whatever that 106(F) fever did to my metabolism when I was a kid (because it was right after that fever, that I started gaining the weight), hypothyroidism (which seems to have…

And I have listened, and am trying to take as much of their advice as I can. I've been trying to eat food with higher calories these past couple of days, but I'm pretty limited. I have to wait until i get some money to go to the store. So, basically my diet has consisted of a lot of carbs and starches... which, as someone…

Here's a basic breakdown of what my workout consists of. I generally walk/run/jog 10 miles/day... but the weather has been really bad lately, so it's been cut down. Way down. I have a minimum of 3 miles that I allow myself to walk/day. Next week is going to be warmer... and not raining... so this should be back to normal.…

We actually don't have any peanut butter, so I'd have to either wait until I get some money, or see if my mother would be nice enough to buy me some. I have quite a bit of boneless chicken in the freezer, just no way to make it right now. Our grill broke, so I have to either find a way to fix it, or come up with the money…

Breakfast: I usually will eat 2 servings of applesauce... which is a total of 1 cup. I'll usually have a glass of water. Calories: roughly 220-250. Snack: 1 can of green beans. (3 servings) Calories: 60-65 Lunch: 1 box of Mac N' Cheese. (2 servings), and a glass or 2 of water. Calories: 550-575 Dinner: I don't usually eat…

UPDATE: Okay, so I'm going to 'try' to take everyone's opinion, and eat more. It might take a little while to find the right foods, but I'm going to try. And instead of eating JUST green beans, I'll add a baked potato or something. And I'm going to add some pop back into my diet, because I just felt so much better when I…

I corrected myself a few posts back. It was a dietician, not a nutritionist that had me adjust my diet that way. She ignored everything I told her about my eating habits, gave me a paper with my new "diet", and told me to follow it. She explained to me how 'important' it is that I stick with it, because I won't see weight…

I'm sure if it was anything to worry about, my family doctor would have been more worried about it YEARS ago, when she was told about it. She just told me that some people have smaller stomachs than others, and can't eat as much. And if anyone says I need to get another doctor... I can't. I don't have insurance (can't…
