I enjoy cereal with milk for my breakfast at work. When I investigate, all cereal is 100 cal. for 3/4 cup of and the sodium is 8-10%. Any suggestions out there...don't recommend "cardboard" either. Thanks.
Why is Fiber not measured in this program when it is an important component?
Hoola hoop is a toning form of exercise and class are run. Would like an idea of how to acknowledge that in the system and log the calories burned.
We should be able to calculate calories burned doing light housework.
