50+ pounds down, 50+ pounds to go. Still look the same
It's strange that almost 6 months ago, I considered surgery. But I've lost 53 pounds as of today. I am pound of myself but I still see a fatty. According to my Aria scale, my BF is still 47%. I felt I built some muscle on my arms and legs but why is it still so high? Maybe go to a doctor to check with their scale? I'm…

40lbs down, 2 sizes down, and a BMI under 40!
Funny that a couple of months ago, I considered surgery. I would be either disqualified or forced to maintain if I went that path. Anyway, I'm able to get back into my regular size capris. I still have a long way to go: 9 to first major goal (under 250) 34 to have a BMI under 35. 59 to hit under 200 109 to hit final goal.

Starting a monthly workout schedule. Is this too much?
I'm giving myself a 30-day workout challenge. This month was mostly touch-and-go with what I want to do to work out. Now that I figured it out, I want to add more cardio time and add some ST in. You think this is fine or am I overexercising? Monday: cardio (45 minutes) Tuesday: Barre Wednesday: walk (30 minutes) Thursday:…

Up Update
Anyone checked their Up updates? They included the body fat % option and add their own version of MFP. For those who updated their apps, what do you think?

Barked for losing "too fast"
I started this weight loss journey back in May after the recommendation of my doctor. The dietitian set up a plan in which I work out a couple of times a week and eat no more than 1600 calories (as long as I have over 70 grams of protein). I started at 271 on May 20th. As of this morning, I'm at 247. That's nearly 25…
