Thanks. I think my current motto is "enjoy yourself but not too much or too little."

Just a quick update. I did buy a food scale at BBB for $20. I also bought an FitBit Aria scale since it syncs with my FitBit. Then I compare the two scales after dinner. The other scale is 5 pounds heavier than the Aria scale. The Aria scale is more accurate considering I just finished eating and had some water. Usually,…

Usually, they are off by a pound. On the bright side, I went down a bra size and my work uniform feels loose, especially on top. In the past, it feels snug along the bust. Now, it's not that much.

And to back track, I've been steadily losing. The weight I am now is from the doctor's office. Then I fluctuate during my time of the month. After that ends, it goes down again. But I noticed it fluctuated again despite my clothing feeling very loose. Could be the lack of poop or too much sodium whenever my husband takes…

I'm starting to think it's really constipation. Not to be too TMI, but it's hard to push down. :#

Don't have a scale. As far as chicken and fish, they usually pack as in the weight of it. In the case of chicken, I just take off a fraction of the package. Sometimes I do leave it around 1200ish in case it's a little more in reality. And then there are times I don't eat everything but left it there just to reach 1200.

Kinda hard because it's linked to my Fitbit. It gives me something to look into especially if I'm taking a rest day. And the Fitbit tracks my activity, thus based on how many calories I actually burn adjust with my daily calories.

One thing I did notice one of the four pieces on the bottom of my scale is off. Anything to do with that?

It's unlocked! :#

As mentioned, no soda (not even diet). Only had water. As for diary, I thought I have it open so you can check. Today I kinda cheated with 3 munchkins for a snack but I stayed away from pastries for a while.

In fact, besides the one night I had a glass of wine, all I had was water. No juice or soda. Only water.

I do on a daily basis. It may not appear on here but I log it on my Fitbit. Sometimes, I drink 12 glasses a day.

Well based on my weight yesterday, I'm about 15 pounds of being disqualified. And even if I lose it before the 3 months, I don't think I want to maintain. I want to lose more!

I just started adding ST in so going 3 a week after just starting this week might be much. Eventually, I'll make it 3 but for now, I want to do 2.

On Monday, I went to my appointment. She did answer my questions about dumping, straw drinking, and triggers that put my mind at ease. She did warn me about one thing: in order for my insurance to accept me, I can't be lower than 260 in the next three months. I still want to go to the classes to learn more stuff as well as…

Interesting thing happened after I replied to everyone here. Work became very stressful and I was ready to go home. But then my coworker accused me to eating all the Easter candy. I know I didn't because all I had for a snack was yogurt and fruit. Anyway, I was already upset by that and thought about picking up a late…

My friend took that and gave up after 5 days. Made her depressed and cranky. She decided she's going to just eat healthy instead. Plus I've taken diet pills in the past and just gave me heart palpitations. I'm usually around 1200-1300 calories anyway. Even on rest days.

I used to eat Chobani but now I love Siggi's. Plenty of protein with not a lot of sugar.

So I talked to my husband about it and he said whatever I decide, he'll be supportive. But he's also relieved because he felt I can lose it on my own. So I will ask the doctor if there's any food therapists within the center I can go see to sort out my emotional eating issues. New topic: any good group classes for strength…

Sadly, she still doesn't get the meaning of tact. Earlier today while I was talking to my mom on the phone, I told her that I lost 15 pounds since my colonoscopy in February. You know what's her reply? "Oh you should try this oatmeal water diet from Dr. Oz to lose a lot of weight." Trust me, those first 15 pounds were…

Plus I've been eating on average of 1300 calories. There's days I ate far less for religious reasons. I don't know if I can function with only 500 calories daily.

Please, stop arguing! I appreciate both sides of the story. I just need some direction on what I should ask my doctor on Monday. Anyway, I do realize the biggest problem on why I gain weight is triggers. Whenever I lose weight, someone or something happens. And I reach for my safety net. One of the most insensitive…

I guess the doubts began when I saw the replies here on MFP when someone's insurance denied for surgery after losing 40 pounds during the require 3-month hospital program. My husband is supportive but hope surgery isn't needed. My mom just want me to lose the weight at all costs. The main problem I suffer since the last…

@DebbieLyn63, I'm from the US! I use "barked" and "scolded" interchangeably! And some weeks I'll lose 2.5 and I'm okay with it. One week, I lost only 1 lb. but that's due to constipation from my iron supplement (I need it for my anemia issues). All I did to stop it is adding more fiber and BOOM! 3 lb loss! Right now, I'm…

I went to my nutritionist at the hospital and she said the first 2 weeks of weight loss for me were mostly all fat. Only 1 pound of water weight. It all depends on the person and your starting point.

I have 14 months to go. So far the 16Ws are loose but not enough to wear only 16s. Big test is at my sister's wedding in a few weeks. I ordered a 14 and a 16 from Rent The Runway. My dress is already 1 size too big on top while perfect around the hips. Hopefully, I can go down more. Nevertheless it is stressful because of…

I need some motivation and inspiration. All this wedding stress is making me depressed.
