Starting a monthly workout schedule. Is this too much?

I'm giving myself a 30-day workout challenge. This month was mostly touch-and-go with what I want to do to work out. Now that I figured it out, I want to add more cardio time and add some ST in. You think this is fine or am I overexercising?

Monday: cardio (45 minutes)
Tuesday: Barre
Wednesday: walk (30 minutes)
Thursday: cardio (45 minutes)
Friday: cardio (45 minutes)
Saturday: strength training
Sunday: walk (30 minutes)

Plus I'm usually on my feet at work.

Totally fine. Make sure you eat some of those cals back!

Personally, I'd do 3 days of strength training instead of all the cardio and walking.

I think it's fine! But I might do a rest day.

I'd say try it and find out what works for you. I need a rest day now and again or I'm just wiped out and more likely to not want to exercise.

I just started adding ST in so going 3 a week after just starting this week might be much. Eventually, I'll make it 3 but for now, I want to do 2.

I have to add a rest day too. And by rest I mean no exercise. I don't know if this is universal or I am just a special snowflake, but no matter what day I take to rest, I tend to drop weight that day even if I stay in bed all day.. I eat at maintenance that day too.
