Help! Shake Recipes?
Hey, If anyone could help me with a few milkshake recipes I'd be very grateful. I've seen a few with the sugar free syrups..they look delicious! But I think I may need a bit of a variety so I don't go crazy! Also does anyone know of any good recipe books for post-surgery diets?

Surgery Scheduled!
Hey guys! After a year of seeing the dietitian, I've finally seen the surgeon and he's scheduled me in the diary! Just gotta wait to hear from his secretary when the surgery will be! Very excited and looking for any pre-op advice anyone can give. Also looking for lots of friends :) Ps. I'm 22 and in the UK :)
