I have NOT cheated, but . . .
I'm a bit bummed . . . this is my 2nd week, and I weigh on Fridays and Mondays. On Monday, I was down a total of 2 1/2 lb., and today (Friday), I'm on down 1/2 lb. total. I've been, on average, under my daily calorie goal by about 200 calories, I walk about an hour each day (in the hills), and I have NOT cheated. What…

A confession of sorts - - -
I'm on Day 5, and I told myself I would only weigh once a week, but . . . I weighed today, and I haven't lost ANY weight. I've kept an honest food and exercise log . . . so I'm just feeling a bit down. I thought I'd better release my thoughts . . .get rid of them of sorts. Thanks for listening! Debbi in So. Calif.

Over 50 Newbie needs support
My husband and I are taking a trip of a lifetime to Sweden, Denmark, and Norway in July, and I have made a promise to myself to get in shape. This means losing 25 lb. and exercising 4 days a week. . . . Day 1 is going great . . . but I fear the day my pink cloud bursts. This is why I'll need a lot of support! Thanks, Debbi
