Pissed about my plateau
I have been excersizing and eating very well, at or under my calorie goal for food and working out 3 times a week, but I have been stuck at the same weight for the last 2 months. I have already lost 43 lbs. but I'm only half way to my goal. Any advice? I'm only eating 1200 cal/day and in my work out I burn around 1400…
