Healthy Ice Cream substitute treat with bananas
Put a few bananas (actually if they are a little bit older they are better) in the freezer and use a hand blender to mush it up. Simple... easy .... healthy.

Weight lifting does not burn calories?
I am new here. I noticed that it appears the fitness diary only logs calories and time spent working out for cardio workouts only and not lifting? Is there a way to account for weight lifting to the goals? As far as I know, building muscle along with cardio is a good way to shed weight.

I have actually worked out for a few years and eat pretty healthy, but still fluctuate between 190 and 205. Meanwhile, my wife has become super smoking and very healthy. I should be 180 or less! Anyhow... hello fitness pal and all you folks.
