Healthy Ice Cream substitute treat with bananas

Put a few bananas (actually if they are a little bit older they are better) in the freezer and use a hand blender to mush it up. Simple... easy .... healthy.

    Plain greek yogurt
    bananas
    stevia
    cinnamon
    vanilla extract
    1-2tb of peanut butter
    all blended together, frozen, then taken out with a bit of melted dark chocolate drizzled over-top. Satisfying, protein-packed, fruit-filled, and low on sugar. Ultimate healthy frozen desert.

    I have done this before! Except I add a couple frozen strawberries and 2 tbsp of sugar free coolwhip!
    Frozen grapes are also very delicious!

    I do the same thing, only i add frozen strawberries too lol...great minds think alike lol
