New Pair of Jeans! :o)
Yesterday I bought a new pair of jeans. Size 12. 8 months ago, I was wearing a size 24 in jeans. I still have a bit of a ways to go, but I am now half the woman I used to be! Hahaha! :o )

In May I started my MFP journey. I am 5'4" and my starting weight was 245lbs. I set my goal at losing 100lbs. I may adjust that as I get closer to that number. No Wheat For Me...........
I've stopped eating wheat. I feel SO much better without wheat in my diet and an added bonus is my migraines are gone as are my allergies. So, no wheat for me............... Anyone have any great non-wheat meals that they could share?

Supportive Friends Needed!
Hi, I have been using MFP for about 40 days now and so far it is helping me lost weight and get off the couch!
