Need to tone... Advice anyone??

I'm a little over halfway to my end goal weight and I'm now seeing the positive results of my weight loss. I'm also seeing that I need to tone up too! I really need help in the area of my upper arms and my belly.
Any advice or ideas? Joining a gym is not an option. I just don't have the time to travel to a gym and I know myself well enough that it will be a complete waste of money. I work from home so I don't even have the excuse of "driving by the gym on the way home from work". Good news is, since I work from home I can do stuff while on conference calls, etc. I'm thinking of starting with small weights and working on my arms...... thoughts? Are there any good toning exercises for tummies that won't be tough on a back that's carried WAY too much weight for 24+ years?
I know I'll never have a beach body again but I'd really like to get rid of my bat wings and flabby abby...................

Its the diet. Toning is generally accepted as the phenomenon that occurs when you lose fat to reveal the muscle that's already on your body.
To make it happen? Well...
Cut calories, switch to a high protein intake (35-50% for your protein macro).
The human body loses fat from all places, not just one specific place at a time. You might want to take an all over approach. Free weights, body weight exercises, etc. Even some cardio.
You want a beachbody? You can still get one, I think anyone can, it just takes diligence.
Start with small weights and work it from there or you could go to a bodyweight regiment. Up to you.0 -
Planks will help tighten your core and probably your arms since you use them to hold yourself up! I do planks almost daily!0
