Does my numbers sound right?
I Am 26, 5'7 And Last Time I Weighed Myself (Christmas) I Was 182. My Goal Weight Is 135-140. I Lift Weights 3X A Week, And Do Some Cardio On My Days Off Weights (Zumba Or Elliptical). I Am Also Nursing My 3 Month Old. Does 2000 Calories Seem High Or Sufficient To Lose Weight But Also Keep My Milk Supply Up? Thanks!
