How do you warm up?
Hi everyone! I could use some advice on what makes a good warm-up. Right now I just cycle to the gym (about 15 minutes if I push the pace), then start lifting. What do you do between sets?
I get really bored waiting that minute or two between sets. Plus, at the gym I worry that people will get mad at me if they think I'm staring at them or something. How do you keep yourself busy while you're not actually lifting anything?

Can't find pants to fit my huge thighs!
Any other ladies have this problem? I'm probably a size 14-16 around the waist, but my thighs hardly fit an 18! I'm forever tugging to keep my pants up because they're too loose around the waistband. Skirts are not an option due to my occupation. Recommendations for thunder-thigh friendly jeans would be much appreciated.

Setting a goal weight?
Noob here! I'm trying to set a goal weight, and not quite sure what to aim for. Currently 5'8" and about 200 lbs. I know that the upper end of "healthy" for a woman my height is 160. Is that a good goal to aim for? Forty pounds just sounds like such a big number to lose, it's kind of daunting....
