Has anyone tried The Wild Diet? Is it effective? Any help would be helpful.
Hello, I am looking at the vivofit and was just curious about some reviews and answers. Is it pretty accurate? Does it fall off? Lastly, I do alot of typing, does it count the arm movement as steps? Thanks so much for the help!
For those of you who are having success losing weight, is it more important to eat whatever and just stay under or at your calorie goal or is it better to nitpick all the macro/micro nutrients? I have been trying to balance all the macro/micro stuff and it's driving me crazy!
