hi everyone. does anyone have a different way of measuring their progress other than the scales, mine are so inaccurate and give me a different reading every time. any ideas? thanks =]

hi all iv just started trying to lose weight. and so far apart from the fact that during the day i can hold out and stick to the right foods and the correct intake but at night after iv consumed my intake i get hungry and want to eat and i end up eating, then i go over my intake. how do i stop myself from feeling so hungry…
