Healthy Recipe Swap
Does anyone have any delicious healthy recipes that they'd like to share? It's a lot easier to eat healthy foods when the healthy foods are irresistible! I personally would love to get more recipes for preparing fresh veggies.

Run or Dye - September 14
Some folks at MRC are doing the Run or Dye 5K this September. It's a 5K where you walk/run and get splattered with color as you go around the course. http://www.runordye.com/locations/Houston-2013 When you sign up, say you're joining a team and search for MRC.
