Hi Everyone- I'm thinking seriously about cutting out milk. Currently, I drink 8-12 oz. a day of 1%. I LOVE MILK- and this is a reduction in what I used to drink- 24 to 32 oz a day-of whole or 2%. My NSV!!!!
I am feeling so proud! Today I completed my first 5k at the Gospel Run!!!! All 3.1 miles without stopping once. I moved slow and set a pace. My husband joined me. We got it in!!!!!

Hi everyone! I am doing my 1st 5k Saturday morning and trying to decide if I should work out tonight. Since I started trying to get healthier (about four weeks now) I have been working out 4-5 times a week for about an hour. Thanks for any advice!

Weight loss and your cycle (female support needed)
Hi- I have just started this weight loss journey (15 days ago)and truly appreciate the positive advice here on MFP.
