how do i log this? level 1. no clue how many calories i burned ect...do you just put in aerobics?

is 30 day shred really enough exercise?
I just cpmleted day 1 and when i put this in my exercise diary it does not seem like I burned that many calories. Has anyone lost weight by only doing this workout? Also do you do this workout for 30 days straight with no breaks?

can someone explain why u would eat back calories?
Hi, I am new and am trying to figure this out. I am wondering why you would eat back calories you just burned from exercise? It seems like it would defeat the purpose. Isnt the goal to burn more calories then you eat?
