Need Fruity ideas.
I have recently discovered Greek yogurt and so far have discovered two yummy recipes that keep me full and satisfied. The first one is 3/4 cup yogurt with 1 tablespoon honey and a chopped banana. Need ideas for swiss ball workout.
I have been using the ball mainly for my (nonexistant) abs but I would like to incorporate something for legs and arms as well. Any links to youtube tutorials would be awesome..looking for something around 15 mins. I do mostly crunches and pushups but sometimes throw in some weak planks lol..would like to mix it up.
