Hi, I am a 27 year old mom of two and got married last May. I am in my second week of trying to lose weight for the millionth time. I am off to a slow start but lost three lbs last week and am really proud of myself. My main cardio (other then chasing kids) is my elliptical trainer, and my main form of strength training is core using my Swiss ball. I could really use more motivation and encouragement than my friends irl can offer. Friend me and I will friend you back.

    Thank you for adding me!!! You can do this! It is so hard and I have yo-yo dieted for as long as I can remember. Sticking together and motivating eachother definitely makes it worthwhile and fun :)

    Thanks :) I'm not super dieting or anything but I have decided to cut out chocolate and pop as I tend to go overboard when it comes to those. I have found that ortion control and logging my calories has made a big difference in how I eat. Plus having friends 'like' progress updates makes me really want to try harder.
