I use TDEE and have a consistent caloric goal every day, whether I exercise or not. I would like to add in my daily exercise just to keep track of it, but when I do, it automatically subtracts the calories I've burned and changes my daily goals. I suppose I could put in the exercise but set the calories burned to 0, but…
I'm planning to do Level 1 of JM 30 Day Shred tomorrow! This will be my second time doing Level 1. Posting this to give myself some accountability. Anybody else planning to work out tomorrow to start November off right?
