Please help I need advice. I'm doing insanity for 4 weeks now and my weight has stalled at 200 pounds for the last two weeks. The book says I should eat 2700 cals a day I'm eating less about 1800. I thought I was doing great but is thus the reason the weight loss has stalled?
I could do with some advice please for anyone with experience of insanity? I have been in it 4 weeks now and doing all the exercises and doing them well. I have lost 6 pounds in the first 2 weeks but now I have stalled. I started at 207lbs. I have lost 3 percent body fat but this has stalled too. I am stuck after two weeks…
