Hello from Newfoundland!
I am new to the forum, but certainly not new to MFP. I've attempted weight loss a lot of times, but now that I am done having children, I figure now is the time to seriously get busy on the weight loss! Anybody else from Atlantic Canada? I'd love to add some new friends! :)
