Exercising in your sleep?
I guess I truly am committed to this lifestyle change. Last night, almost immediately upon falling asleep, I started dreaming I was in exercise class. I woke myself up because my legs started going up and down, exercising in my sleep. ROFL! Anyone else ever have this happen to them?
