Quitting Smoking?
I have been a smoker for 14 of my 28 years... I think I am ready to quit.. but to be honest, I'm a little scared. I keep hearing that when you quit you gain weight... I'm sure someone has experience with this? I am busting butt to lost it, I don't think a set back would be all that good for me. Suggestions?? And taking…

Can't Sleep!
I keep reading that it's neccessary to get 8 hours of sleep every night to lose weight properly... On average I sleep about 2-3 hours (WITH sleeping pills). How does sleep impact your metabolism??

Drinks, anyone?
Hey guys, I am seriously obsessed with my calorie intake.... and I don't go out often, but when I do... what do I drink that's low cal?? (no beer!) I drink girlie drinks and all I can think of is whats in them and where it's going (you know... after it goes to my head LOL) Suggestions?

Seriously? 3 lbs??
I know you aren't supposed to weigh yourself every day... but I do. Every day the scale goes down too. Except today. From yesterday morning to this morning it said I gained 3 lbs. Seems like a lot to me! How does this happen??

No Change??
I know I'm not a skinny girl.. I was at 215 and now at 190. But I see pics of people around my height that lost weight and you can totally see a difference. I can't see it a difference in how I look... and nobody has noticed. What am I doing wrong??

I bought a month's worth and they are so gross they make me gag! I don't want to waste it, but how do I make it taste better without the use of a blender to make smoothies/etc out of it?
