Motivation; soon to be 40!!!!!
I really need to get on the ball with my workouts and watching what I eat and now with the holiday dinners, yikes!!! I hear it gets difficult to lose weight, when you hit 40. I'm not sure if this is true or not??? :wink:

I have 3 wks left!!!!
My sister is getting married in 3 wks and I really have to watch what I eat, increase the length of my workouts if I want to lose some more weight n gain definition on my arms...... SIGH.......I know it can be done!! :bigsmile:
