30 Day Shred--logging exercise
I'm starting the 30 Shred workout again. I usually only make it 2 weeks and then something happens and I stop. This time, I'm going for the full 30! I'm not sure how to input my exercise though. Has anyone has any luck with this? The only thing I could think of was to log push-ups and sit-ups and bicep-curls, and then 6…
