Happy standing but not so sitting..
Hi everyone Im happy with how I look standing but sitting down or leaning over is a different story. Ive read that when standing all your muscles are flexing and holding up the fat. Will working on my core muscles improve this or is it about loosing more weight? Thanks in advance

Lets say I my daily calorie goal is 1400. I intake 1900 and then work off 500 cals which would come out to 1400. Would just intaking 1400 calories w/workout have the same impact on your weight loss for the day? Just burnt 1200 cals on bike. Do I need it all back?
I just burnt 1200 cals riding a bike for 20 miles. I only consumed about 900 cals prior. Am I expected to consume 1200 plus the 300 left? Very confused.:ohwell: Thanks in advance

Quick question. I made my daily goal 1200-1300 calories a day. I'm now making sure that I make up for my workout burned calories. So if only intake the 1200-1300 is it okay to skip my planned workout as long as I don't intake beyond my goal? Up until these past couple of weeks I have not been making up for the 500 calories…
