Thanks. That's another reason I'm throwing long low intensity days. I used to do 40-45 min of HIIT 5/week. I could tell it was hard on my body and also learned that it's hard on your heart when doing it that often.

Up until a couple weeks ago I always ate back the cals cause I was only burning about 500-600. However now I'm biking and burning about 1600 cals before dinner which usually leaves me about 2000 something cals. I use a Polar FT-4 and use it every time I bike. When I ride 2hr my HRM reads 1600 give or take a few and on MFP for 2hr @ 12-15mph it only says 1151. I usually trust what the Polar is saying and minus off my resting cals burned (60-85) and just leave it at that.
