Can anyone explain to me?

So I really don't know what's going on. This week has been very hectic for me. I've been working double shifts about two days this week and have not had time to work out. This week I've only burned on hundred calories since Monday. I've been eating anywhere from 1400 to 1600 cal however I've been eating healthier lunches like sandwiches and salads and staying hydrated with water. I normally intake anywhere from 1200- 1300 cal on most days and usually workout four or five times a week brings anywhere from 2000 3500 cal a week. I usually loose about three quarters to a pound week. Today is the end of Wednesday I now weigh 162. Can anybody explain why I'm losing more weight than I was before this week?
Thanks
Thanks

I'm not quite sure why, but I tend to do the same thing. Some weeks I don't get to the gym due to my schedule and I sometimes I end up dropping more weight than the weeks I do get to the gym. My hunch is that my body is getting extensive time to rest, recoup and sheds the excess weight. It's not scientific and I'm not sure why it does that but I don't argue if my body wants to drop a little extra weight.0

Very simple, youyou needed to eat more. The minimum generally for men per day is 1500 calories. You were well below that, and your body was slowing down its metabolism among other things. You need food to burn calories, while maintaining a moderate caloric deficit. Now you are eating more in line with what you need, and your body can start losing fat.0

Thanks. You always come through. That's what I was thinking and now I finally realize this. I guess my body wasn't getting enough fuel along with the working out. This week has shown me a lot.

Glad I could help. It is things like that which we don't always realize, but become apparent from experience.0
