So may 1stbe I started eating super healthy and lost 20lbs within 30 days. June I started doing turbo fire 4 days a week and kept up with the healthy eating. I list 10lbs that month. Well since june 24th I have gone from 191lbs to 195lbs on a daily basis. This week I kept up with the food eating, continued turbo fire AND started running 4 miles a day and walking 4 miles and I feel like the weightloss is getting harder... so frustrating.

Are you getting enough calories to support that type of working out? I think you're body might be needing more than it's getting.0

what is your calorie intake like. You may need to up your calories to around 1500. I think that is reccommended in the nutrition book that comes with TF. I also do TF and Insanity, but I rarely eat 1500 calories, but it is there if I need it. Try to cut back on processed foods and eat all natural foods. You can add me as a friend if you want to get more tips and get motivated0

You may need to up your calories so that your body can have the fuel to burn the calories from your workouts.. I do Turbo Fire and that workout alone will burn a lot of calories.0

I know it sounds crazy, but I've been there and I've read a lot about plateaus, but they are real. Nevertheless, if you stick with it, the weight will come off. I read a success story where the person lost tons of weight over a period of years. At one point, they did not lose for two months. But the third month, they lost 15 lbs and so they averaged the 1.5 lbs per week in the end. Stick with it. Sounds like you are loosing faster than you were gaining!!!0

You need to eat more, and believe it or not, cut back on your cardio. Too much or too intense can slow your metabolism. I'll find the report and post it in a bit.
•Doing the same workouts over and over. Your body needs to be challenged to progress, so make sure you're changing some part of your program every 4-6 weeks.
•Not eating enough calories. If your body doesn't have enough fuel to sustain your level of activity, you can actually stop losing weight.
•Overtraining. If you exercise too much, the body sometimes responds by decreasing the amount of calories you burn during the rest of your day.
Learn more about whether you've hit a plateau by keeping an exercise calendar and tracking your workouts, how often you change them and whether you're working too hard or need to boost your intensity. Get more tips at http://exercise.about.com/cs/weightloss/a/weightplateaus.htm0 -
Sorry to hear that. Dont let it get you down! Maybe Change up the routine with some different type of cardio/weights. I too have to start doing something different than cycling I can tell my body is getting used to it and I will soon plateau. Im not sure how your diet is but when I hit a plateau for 3 weeks I started to just eat salads and sandwiches for lunch and that made a huge difference.0

Try switching up your workout. Whenever I switch up my routine, the weight starts falling off again. Also, are you giving yourself a break? There is no need to work out 7 days a week, your body really needs a break every once in a while! Sometimes I find that if I don't work out quite as much one week, I will lose a a couple pounds and keep it off. Your muscles might be holding on to water if you aren't giving them proper rest. Don't drive yourself into the ground over a plateau. Keep calm and carry on, you'll get through it0

Are you eating enough? I know when I upped my exercise, I also had to make sure I was eating back my exercise calories. That helped me break through a yearlong plateau.0
