Today marks my 1000th day streak using MFP. I reached my goal awhile back. but maintenance has been key. Thanks to everyone at MFP

I lost 120 pounds total but I also lost my "fat guy strength"
So I worked out A LOT while losing the weight (it took one year). In the 10 months since I have been in maintenance mode. I gain I lose repeat. As of right now I am down from 264 to around 153 lowest was 144. While I have noticed significant muscle gain I have def lost some of the strength I had as a larger guy. Is this…

Rest days?
Does anyone else struggle with an actual rest day? I work out a lot. I am not trying to get huge or ripped I am just trying to maintain. I also run quite a bit and between the two I maybe have one rest day a week. I struggle to not work out or run on that day. I know I'm not the only one.

So I hit my goal a while back and have found maintenance rather difficult, no matter what I do I yo yo up and down within five pounds. Any tips?

So after dropping 115 pounds I ran my first 5K
So after dropping 115 pounds I ran my first 5K. Any other runners out there? This is something I never thought I would or could do but am really starting to enjoy.

So February 1st last year I weighed in at 264 pounds and decided if I didn't change I wouldn't see my beautiful daughter grow into a woman. One year later I weigh 159 pounds.
