Hello :) I have been a member now for less than a week, and have been avidly filling in my food and exercise diary, just wondered if anyone more experienced than me (ie, anyone!) can tell if if the quantity and type of food I have been eating, combined with daily exercise is about right for what I want? Any tips or advice…
Hi everyone, I joined this site a few days ago and am already feeling more confident! Tracking my food and exercise really seems to have gotten me focused! My long term goal is to loose about 35lb by summer (trying to be optimistic here!) :) Just wanted to say hello and wish everyone else good luck! Graham
