So im kinda confused. Say i eat my 1200 calories a day and then i work out and burn 800 do I have to eat them back if so why? As long as im eating my 1200 to lose a pound a week the other calories i burn would just make me loose more than a pound a week right? This is soo confusing!!
I have been doing this for a month and i have lost 12 pounds I guess that is good but I cant tell a difference at all my clothes fit the same.. TIGHT lol! I feel like im working my butt off and not seeing a difference at all :( anyone else have this problem?
