So, I like the idea of this. No equipment and you can do it at any time with no excuses. Women - how do you get through your time of the month?
Seriously, it is like being possessed by the hunger demon. I get bloated and my stomach is massive, even if I don't binge (but usually do). If anyone has a way of getting through PMS time without eating everything in sight, I would be sooo grateful.

The calories burned counter on here looks overly optimistic
Does anyone else think so? It says I have burned 900 cals today from 40 mins of brisk walking and 95 minutes of circuit training. I'm a 5'3" 133 pound woman. I don't think this stacks up.

Hi there, I'm a long time lurker but am lurking no longer. :) I'm interested to hear about other people's success at losing and managing their weight on certain meds.
