different foods that benefit me??
i find it hard to balance food, so i eat the same weetabix, 2 haddocks veg soup and chicken and potatos for tea i am currently eating 13-1400 calories a day and doing the gym, i wonder if i am doing to much to soon as i weigh 196 pounds, i am just impatient

had surgery on spine year ago, tips please joined today
Hi all i was pretty muscly and then i had a disc herniation, it has happened again, but fortunately i dont need surgery. I have nerve damage so will be getting injections soon as my feet burn at nerve root, so any tips on what to eat and what kind of exercise to do would be great. I want to be toned not as muscly as before…
