different foods that benefit me??

i find it hard to balance food, so i eat the same weetabix, 2 haddocks veg soup and chicken and potatos for tea i am currently eating 13-1400 calories a day and doing the gym, i wonder if i am doing to much to soon as i weigh 196 pounds, i am just impatient

    Sounds a little bit extreme.

    What is your height and age?
  • i am 5ft 8 and 31, my sis says losing like 16 lbs in a month is way to extreme,but i do not know what is a good balanced diet for say maybe 1600 calories
