Not sure how I would count his workouts?
I got a cold this past weekend and stopped working out because I felt so bad. I'm still not feeling great, but I want to get back to working out. I've got a cruise coming up in a few weeks and I want to drop a few pounds. Anyone work out while sick? Does it make you feel better or worse? Good idea, bad idea?
I've done 30 day and just did the Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism today. Kicked my butt, but got through it without stopping a whole lot. When I was doing 30 day, I also did an hour of cardio a day to lose the weight. I really don't feel like working out that much everyday anymore. Anyone get results by just doing 30 day?
