I think what was said that if you do HIIT it can burn up to 400 more calories in 24 hours. I used my heart rate monitor today when using the board and it estimated about 100 calories per 10 minutes used. But that was a mix of twisting and weights.

I would use a HRM and add manually. If you name them, you can always use them again to track.

I used it before my wedding and lost 12 pounds in about 3 months. I was also doing an hour of cardio 3-5 times a week as well. I gained alot of definition I never had before.

I used her 30 day Shred when I was trying to drop weight before my wedding. I did a 20 minute video in the morning and then did an hour of cardio at the gym after work. I did lose weight and definitley started to see definition in my arms and stomach.

Thanks for the responses! Good to know 30DS is working for you both. I am gonna keep with it and throw the Banish Fat workout in on days I feel like working out more. I'm trying to drop weight in a short amount of time (for the beach vacation coming up) and I've been lazy up until last week. Now frantically trying to lose…

I started last week! Great workout. I track it under circuit training 20 minutes.
