Anyone have success w/Jillian Michael's DVDs?

I've done 30 day and just did the Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism today. Kicked my butt, but got through it without stopping a whole lot. When I was doing 30 day, I also did an hour of cardio a day to lose the weight. I really don't feel like working out that much everyday anymore. Anyone get results by just doing 30 day?

    Yes ma'am..just recently added running and I did some Wii Zumba when i go bored with her yelling but mostly 30 day shred ad ripped in 30

    I lost 19.25 over all inches doing just 30 Day Shred -- I'm 5'3 and started at 153, I only lost 3 pounds (I'm only set to lose .5-1 pound per week because I'm about done with weight loss) but lost 2-3 inches off of my neck, each arm, bust, waist, hips and thighs.

    All that said, while I have an active, demanding job -- I didn't really work out much before starting it. If you worked out a lot -- you might need to do more to see results.

    Thanks for the responses! Good to know 30DS is working for you both. I am gonna keep with it and throw the Banish Fat workout in on days I feel like working out more. I'm trying to drop weight in a short amount of time (for the beach vacation coming up) and I've been lazy up until last week. Now frantically trying to lose 10 pounds. Ha! We'll see...
