I know it is a weird question, and I am not being lazy...Just wondering if what I am squeezing in when I can with my 40 hour a week job and mom of three time is enough.

I know that I am new at this but I am so frustrated
I have been doing this for a few weeks and I lost 7 pounds and then gained 1 and now the scale is not moving at all. I am following my diet to the T. I am 5'1" and 154.
