Since I have 15 pounds til my goal weight, would it be a good time to stop cutting my calories and start lifting without a deficit? I planned on doing this when I got closer to my goal. Would it hurt to do it now? or just wait longer?

exercising after a hamstring injury
any recommendations on how to ease back into cardio? my hamstring feels about 99% normal now. been taking it easy and not overdoing it. really want to get back to the gym before everything I have worked for starts dwindling away. don't want to lose my endurance and stamina that I have build up.

How to log strength training in MFP
I am really really confused on how to log calories burned while strenght training. When I choose something from the data base such as benchpresses, it doesn't seem to matter how many minutes or hours I do this exercise, it still says 0 calories burned. What gives? Am I doing something wrong?

Cardio before or after weights?
I heard that you are supposed to do cardio after weights for better fat burn. I tried this out the other day and by the time I was half way though my normal cardio session, my muscles were exhausted from the weights. Is this the correct order? How do I avoid muscle fatique when I do cardio after weights?

Heart rate during cardio
Any suggestions on how to keep my heart rate down durring cardio? Mine seems to always be hovering towards my upper end of my target heart rate. I have only been working out for about a month and a half now. Shouldn't my heart rate go down as I do it more often?

I have no idea how to use the machines at the gym
I know this is silly, but I have never used the weight machines at the gym. I really want to start using them but I don't even know where to start. They have trainers at my gym but not in the evening when I am able to go. Any suggestions? I am nervous to jump in on my own and hurt myself or embarass myself.
