How to log strength training in MFP

I am really really confused on how to log calories burned while strenght training. When I choose something from the data base such as benchpresses, it doesn't seem to matter how many minutes or hours I do this exercise, it still says 0 calories burned. What gives? Am I doing something wrong?

There is a strength training option under the Cardio section that you can use to log minutes/calories burned.0

The cardio section is the only one that will give you credit for calories burned (You can choose weight lifting/weight training). The strength section is just to record what you did.0
