What is wrong with my knee???

So over the past couple of days I have been ignoring a mild pain in the back of my knee. Now, I am not so sure I can ignore it. The back of my knee, thigh and calf hurts. I am hearing a popping occasionally too. It isn't really swollen, just hurts. Anyone experience this or know what it is?

Based on your description I have no idea what the problem may be but I'd strongly suggest :
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation
at least for a few days.
If the symptoms persist seek medical attention.
There's a fine line between the mild discomfort we experience after a really good workout or run and pain. Pain is your body's way of saying something is wrong.0
