any recommendations on how to ease back into cardio? my hamstring feels about 99% normal now. been taking it easy and not overdoing it. really want to get back to the gym before everything I have worked for starts dwindling away. don't want to lose my endurance and stamina that I have build up.

How did you injure it? Walking on the treadmill, or doing the elliptical at low intensity, is usually good for rehabbing hamstrings.0

I've pulled mine playing football the past 3-4 years. I never back off my steady state cardio, personally. Kinda depends on the severity.0
