I want to loose 2.0 pounds a week, and the planner has me on track to loose only 1.1 pounds a week - what do I do to loose 2.0 pounds a week?
I have a Aeroflyer by Healthrider - it says I am burning 545.1 calories, 2317 distance, in 30 minutes...I don't this that's right. Can anyone help me?
