eating back your exercise calorie confusion
I have read several posts about eating back your calories etc and your net calories etc. Would someone please explain this to me!!!! I have been at this for quite some time and am at a stand still on losing and getting a little frustrated! Guess I am just doing it all wrong :(

Exercise in general
I wake up and do 30 minutes of recumbant bike and then when I get home from work I do 20-30 minutes of elliptical. Is there a better way to get the exercise in when you work 9 hours a day?

Frustrated - Gained after exercising.... Is it muscle?
So I felt I was doing good but hadn't really started my exercise routine (waiting for my elliptical/recumbant bike) Got it and started up exercising and have gained 2 lbs. New to this and wondering if I am doing it right?
Been doing MFP for just a few weeks and really have been more committed than I thought I would be. My question though is am I doing this right to get me the biggest benefit?
