Since Sept. 28th I have been averaging about a 500 deficit. Is that ok?

I do daily 30-45 minutes of stationary bike and 15-30 minutes of elliptical. Had a partial knee replacement with NO exercise for a long time so taking it slow. So do I eat those calories back that I burn? Lost 9 lbs. right off but figured it was water and have been stagnant since.

So my goal is 1200 cal. It gave me 712 cal in exercise my food was 1202 and net is 490 with remaining of 710. So do I have to eat the 710 calories still? This is where I get confused. I am stuffed by the time I eat the 1200. UGH!!!

Yes it is and I find it easier to do with the TV on too. I was told it is better to exercise in the morning but I can't get the full time in and still make it to work. I refuse to get up at 4:00 am to do it! Any suggestions on upper body exercising? I feel like all I am doing is working my legs............

Thanks so much that makes a lot more sense to me. I am not a very patient person and this is very much trying for me but I am determined to keep on going and when that day comes that I drop those pounds you just might hear a loud YAHOO all the way from Idaho!!!

So am I suppose to hit all the goals it sets for me? If so I will be so over on some and not others. I have been told to go barely over on my calories and also to stay under. How do I know what to increase my protein to? Just starting to figure out what foods are good to eat when etc. Doing a lot of research, maybe too much?
