I started a 30 Day Shred challenge yesterday and it is going fantastic! Would love to have more people join and share in the fun!

    i range between 130-160 calories for the workout.

  • Depended on a lot of factors (such as weight) but around 100+ calories. Due to the type of exercises involved it is a workout that continues to burn energy in the hours following it so there isn't really an accurate amount of calories.
